Once you get to know that you are suffering from burnout, it is quite important that you take some solid steps rather than leaving it alone. Because if you do this, problem is going to get worse. To prevent burnout, first thing that you need to do is to start your day with a relax attitude. Design your daily routines in such a way that it should include healthy diets, exercise regime and a sleep of at least seven to eight hours. Don't stretch yourself, even if you have to say 'no' to your close friends. Most importantly, you need to have a proper understanding of how to manage stress.

To recover from burnout, first thing that you need to do is to slow down. In the final burnout stage, modifying your attitude or more focus towards your health is not going to work. In this situation, you need to take a break from everything. Secondly, rather than treating whole world as your enemy, try to mix up with your friends and family members.

Coping with job burnout is not easy but with a positive attitude, you can overcome it. The most straightforward method in this regard is to quit your current job and start doing something else. Address all the issues pertaining to your job rather than running away from it. Work according to your job profile and if possible ask for a new responsibilities.
